I really like the look of this Vornado fan. It has a clean design and doesn’t take up too much space on my desk, which is nice. It works well and feels sturdy overall. I kept the receipt and the confirmation email just in case, but I haven’t had any issues with how it runs. My only complaint is that it’s not as easy to carry from room to room as I expected. The handle could definitely be better, and it feels a little awkward when you’re moving it around. Still a decent fan, just not the most portable.

To be fair, the fan does its job and moves a good amount of air, so I don’t really have complaints there. I’ve been using it for a few months, though, and the build quality isn’t quite what I was hoping for. The buttons feel a little less solid now, and there’s a small rattle starting to show up. It’s not awful by any means, but I’m not totally confident it’ll hold up long term. I’d give it 3 stars for now.

I bought a Vornado fan from vornado.com and so far it’s been working fine. It moves air well, shipping was decent, and I haven’t had any real problems with it. I did keep the box and receipt for a bit just in case, because I like to be careful with stuff that costs this much.
For the price, though, I expected it to feel a little sturdier. It’s a good fan, but I’m not totally convinced it’s worth paying full price. If I were buying again, I’d probably wait for a sale or at least double-check the return window first.

My warranty return ended up taking way longer than I thought it would. I get that these things can depend on the product, the issue, and how busy the support team is, but in my case I had to keep chasing them just to get any kind of update. The process itself might be fine if you’re not in a rush, but for me it was frustrating.

I bought this Vornado because I thought it would be great for my bedroom, especially with all the talk about how well it works without being disruptive. that hasn’t been my experience at all. Even on the lower setting, it has this constant hum that cuts through the TV, and at night it feels even louder. It does move air, I’ll give it that, but the noise is way too much for everyday use. Definitely not what I felt like I was promised, and it’s not worth it for me.

I’m still waiting for a reply from customer service. Not sure how to explain it, but it just feels like it shouldn’t take this long to hear back.

I don’t have the patience for a fan that can’t do its one job. Even on, it barely pushes any air across the room, so it feels useless.

I’ve been using this for a bit and started noticing the same pattern every time: it feels okay if I’m sitting close to it, but it doesn’t really change the temperature of the room. The fan setting gives a light breeze, but not much actual cooling. The heat mode is even more disappointing, it takes a long time to feel like it’s doing anything, and even then it still feels weak. For the price, I expected it to perform better.

The box arrived later than I was hoping , but it was packed fine and everything was in good condition ...

I had a hard time using the controls. When I tried to figure out the buttons, they felt confusing and not very intuitive at all. It made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be

I was hoping this would be a bit more efficient, but it seems to use quite a lot of power during regular use. It gets the job done, but I’ve definitely noticed the impact, and it’s disappointing because I really wanted to like it.
